My Radiant Body - An Online Painting Playshop

Join Dr. Neesa in opening the lines of communication with your innately brilliant body through this 3-hour creative experience.

A revealing step on the path of Healthy Body Sovereignty, this creative playshop is a chance to lighten up and get healthy with playful curiousity as we explore beliefs, collective programming, and other aspects of the mind that keep us stuck, and then generate a painted body image infused with light codes and fresh healthy perspectives.  

Creativity gets you in touch with a channel that is much bigger than your mind. So you can manage some serious matters while having a really good time -:)

Art is liberating, even if you don't believe you have talent. Who doesn't love the heart that radiates through a child's drawings -:)?

Supplies - You can work with any paints you have at home, or find an inexpensive set with basic colors. I recommend acrylics and some thick art paper or a canvas, aiming for a size 11 x 15 or 16 x 20.
